**PLEASE CONTACT SHOP OWNER PRIOR TO PURCHASE** to ensure we have the TIME and all SUPPLIES for your order. If you do not contact the shop owner prior to purchase, your order may be delayed or canceled.
This puts your ordered items at the very top of our production queue. It's like a fast pass to the head of the line. It does not upgrade shipping. If you would like priority shipping, please choose this option when purchasing your items.
Please note that there is no guarantee delivery by a specified date.
Rush orders are not eligible for any additional discounts.

SHIPPING UPGRADE can be added to upgrade your order to USPS Priority is $3.95 or USPS Express is $26.95.
Full payment or deposit is due before custom orders are produced. Items ship when full payment including shipping charges have been received by seller.
Custom orders may not be cancelled; however a partial refund of the total minus materials and labor could be arranged.
Orders received after 2pm CST may require an additional day of production time.
All orders are shipped by the shipping date. There is no delivery date guarantee due to variations in carrier service.
Majority of orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Actual shipping costs variances over $1 will be refunded to buyer.
The actual cost of shipping is not refundable after product is shipped.

Refunds on customized orders are available within 12 hours after placing an order, but if custom supplies had already been ordered, the price of materials will be deducted from the refund.
After 12 hours, all sales are final on custom orders. Any defects in products can be returned for a replacement or repair (using similar materials available at the time). Buyer must contact shop owner and provide photographic proof of defect in workmanship within 3 days of receipt prior to returning to shop.
No refunds or returns are available on any digital products. Any defects in the digital file can be reported and the file will be replaced and/or fixed within 3 days of purchase date.
Items are shipped to the address that is entered during checkout. Shop owner is not responsible for fulfilling any address change requests.
The actual cost of shipping is never refundable.
Frisco Threadworks is a pet free / smoke free home based business. Most items are entirely handmade by the shop owner. Some items are purchased as "blanks" and customized with the use of a sewing / embroidery machine.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor and/or device differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Every effort will be made to match fabrics, colors and materials as described. Any huge variations in materials will be photographed and sent to buyer for approval prior to production. Buyer then has the option to cancel prior to production if like materials are unavailable or in limited supply.
Shop owner can not digitize or duplicate logos or other intellectual property without written consent from the owner. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide permission to shop owner before production starts. Shop owner reserves the right to cancel custom orders that may violate US trademark or copyright laws.
Property rights: Frisco Threadworks reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items and designs created and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples. All photos posted are the property of Frisco Threadworks and cannot be used without our permission.
