I ordered the baseball snap button to add to the grey with red stitching name tag I ordered. It was definitely a nice detail for my son's baseball bag. Communication with the shop is always quick, kind and helpful. Shipping is always within the estimated time frame or faster. I highly recommend them! I'm a repeat costumer.

Once we started adding the cute button upgrades we couldn’t go back. Kathy is so helpful responding to questions about inventory and color options. I even messed up this round and somehow didn’t have a matching number of tags ordered to number of button upgrades and she helped me out. Picture is every tag we’ve ordered over the last 4-5 years! We wouldn’t need new ones except that my fashionista likes to match them to new bags each year.
